Known for her explicitly transparent exploration of the internal voices of young females, Sarah Bahbah’s raw storytelling style has developed a cult following. And through her LA-based content creation agency Possy, the likes of Topshop, Moncler, Vogue, Captiol Records, and even Mariott Starwood have joined her movement.

The Palestinian, who grew up in Australia and now resides in the US, had her viral breakthrough with the 2014 series ‘Sex And Takeout’. She has since taken her followers on a whirlwind of quasi-narrative series-based shoots, all exploring emotional freedom and the power of embracing indulgence. Culminating in 2015’s, ‘Summer Without A Pool’ series through to 2017’s ‘For Arabella’ series, @sarahbahbah is now one of the most shared accounts on Instagram.

Since 2015, her emotionally introspective work has been featured around the world in numerous art exhibitions and galleries with highlights including Scope, Art Basel Miami (in-demand artist 2 years running), to being displayed alongside Andy Warhol at Zonamaco Mexico 2016. Most recently her work was on show at START in the Saatchi Gallery in London.

This pop culture influencer has shot fellow identities such as Neels Visser, Dylan Sprouse, Cindy Kimberly, Sonia Ben Ammar, and Adesuwa Aighewi. Others, proudly own her artwork, with Grammy Award-winning songwriter/producer David Foster displaying four large prints of Bahbah’s above his 16 Grammys. Her progressive work has not gone unnoticed by major publications either, with features by Vice, Forbes, Wonderland, Nylon, and her photography published by Cosmopolitan and Glamour across multiple global regions.

Through transparency in words and actions, Sarah is carving the way for women across the world to find freedom in self-love.
